– Customer need to send the items back to us,When we get the products,We will give a full discount.

2.Replace

– Products with quality issue in 30 days(from the date items were received)can be returned and supplanted.

– Customer need to send the items back to us,When we get the products,We will supplant new ones and ship back to client.

– We will pay shipping charge for the supplanted items we ship to the client.

3.Repair

– Products with quality issue in 1 year(from the date items were received)can be returned and repaired.

– Customer need to send the items back to us,When we get the products,We will repair and ship back to client.

– We will pay shipping expense for the repaired items we ship to the clients.

4.Return and fractional discount.

– Because the worldwide delivery charge is high and a large portion of pictures on Gamston are taken independent from anyone else with genuine products.So we don’t give full discount for returns without quality problems.like”not like the picture””not as imagining”or just “not fulfilled”

– We will diminish the transportation charge from the request add up to amount,that implies an incomplete discount.
